Hi there, I’m Nadia!

I’m originally from a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, and now live in Colorado with my partner Steve and our very sweet – and slobbery – Saint Bernard.

My event planning journey started in education, where I produced 300+ person conferences across the country. Since then, I've embraced hospitality in all its forms – from managing a charming mountain lodge in Estes Park to serving at a Michelin-rated restaurant in Denver. I've learned that true luxury isn't about the price tag – it's about creating moments that connect people to themselves and each other.

This passion for meaningful gatherings even led me to collaborate with Priya Parker on "the Art of Gathering," cementing my obsession with creating experiences that truly feel like each couple's unique love story.

My travel bug took flight when I briefly stepped away from college to research "mother tongue language rights" in classrooms across the world. Six months of adventures between Nepal, Jordan, and Chile sparked a lifelong love of cultural immersion. I live by "be a traveler, not a tourist" – whether I'm getting bougie in Barcelona, riding camels through the Jordanian desert, exploring Guatemala solo, or discovering my 10th Mexican pueblo mágico.

No matter where we are, I strive to bring calm to the chaos while honoring the culture of each place and its people.

This appreciation for different cultures runs deep! I was raised in an interfaith home with a Christian (Polish) mother and Muslim (Lebanese) father, and have loved learning about Judaism from my partner. It's given me a unique perspective on weaving together different traditions into stunning celebrations that honor each couple's background and vision.

When I'm not planning weddings, you can find me leading backpacking adventures through the US and the Italian Dolomites or studying wine as a sommelier-in-training (my latest adventure!). I believe every journey should make us feel something new and something familiar, whether it's scaling a summit or savoring that perfect glass of wine.
